Why would a woman speak publicly about her abortion?
I’m having a hard time holding back about having an abortion, now 32 years later (almost to the date.) Not by any means is such a thing something to gloat about — on the contrary, the pain is intense; no matter how many times I’ve spoken about it, it doesn’t get easier……
When I wrote “No One Could Know,” I knew it would minister to women who’ve been through a rape or have experienced abortion. But several reactions to the book have taken me by surprise.
